The finish is a hard-wax oil providing a durable close-to-the-wood feel that is also easily repairable.

The grain patterns are unique from table to table. All material used is "mill-run" which does include many defects typically omitted from commercial furniture. This provides both a rustic feel while reducing material waste from cutting around various defects. Our material is sourced from small-business sawmills in the mid-west USA.
