Our shaker style side or end tables are traditionally constructed with mortise and tenon joinery and tapered legs. These are made from solid hardwood with no plywood or manufactured materials. The drawers are dovetailed for lasting durability and include a solid cast zinc pull.

The finish is a hard-wax oil providing a durable close-to-the-wood feel that is also easily repairable.

The grain patterns are unique from table to table. Most of our domestic species material is "mill-run" which does include many defects typically omitted from commercial furniture. This provides both a rustic feel while reducing material waste from cutting around various defects. Domestic species are sourced from small-business sawmills in the mid-west USA. For orders of 2 or more, we will try our best to match the grain between the tables based on our available inventory.
