Deposit payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. These payments are used to purchase production materials and hold a customer’s spot in our production schedule. All production schedules are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. While we make every attempt to meet our estimated production timelines, events can and occasionally do occur that delay production such as supply chain issues, power outages, or equipment breakdowns. You will receive regular updates on production schedules for your order if they change.
Submittal of deposit payments constitutes acceptance of provided engineering drawings including dimensions and material types. Review these estimates and drawings carefully for any errors prior to submitting deposit payment. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THESE DIMENSIONS ARE CORRECT BEFORE WORK BEGINS. Wilson’s Woodworks is NOT responsible for errors found in any designs after production begins.
Wilson’s Woodworks makes every effort to produce quality products free from defect. However, as these products are individually handmade from natural materials, some cosmetic defects and dimensional variances may exist. Dimensional variations are typically kept to within 1/16″ (for simple construction, 1/8″ for more complex pieces), but we strive to keep tolerances much tighter than this for every project. Notify us if a tighter dimensional tolerance is required prior to the start of production. Alterations or modifications after production will be an additional charge.
Custom produced products are NON-RETURNABLE. All sales are final.
Warranties and Guarantees: Wilson’s Woodworks guarantees are only listed here in these Terms & Conditions. In no event will Wilson’s Woodworks, its employees, or any other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to products sold. Wilson’s Woodworks does not guarantee its products against damage caused by the user, such as, but not limited to, splitting or checking caused by water damage.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, notify us promptly and we will make our best, reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
